Subscription Terms

Your consent at checkout. Confirming payment on MYSLIM means you accept these terms and a subscription that renews on its own. Before you confirm, the checkout shows your first payment, any trial and its length, the renewal price and the billing interval. Afterwards, the same summary is emailed to you.

From trial to paid plan. A trial changes into the paid plan automatically at its end. If you want to avoid that, cancel before the trial ends.

Access to the service. MYSLIM becomes available right after your payment and stays available for the full paid period.

Immediate start. By confirming payment you request that MYSLIM be provided to you without delay, and you acknowledge that a statutory right of withdrawal, where it exists, ends when access begins.

Ongoing billing. Billing periods follow one another, and the subscription renews each time, until you cancel it. Removing the app from your device does not cancel it.

Ending the subscription. Cancel at myslim.app/manage or write to support@myslim.app. Charges stop after cancellation, and your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Every subscription needs its own cancellation.

Refunds. Refunds are given at our discretion and are generally not available for a period that has started or ended.

No price changes for existing plans. The price and terms you agreed to when subscribing to MYSLIM remain unchanged during your subscription. Any new price applies only to new subscribers.
